GENERAL TECHNICAL AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The present General, technical and participation conditions apply to all categories of clients (exhibitors, organizers, tenants, visitors, general public) within the territory of the Romexpo Exhibition Center. The general, technical and participation conditions complement the specific conditions of participation established by the contract, insofar as they do not contravene other clauses agreed by the parties.

Events stand for any fair, exhibition, concert, congress, conference, festival, etc.

ROMEXPO EXHIBITION CENTRE

The Romexpo Exhibition Centre is located in Bucharest, 65-67 Marasti Blvd., district 1 and includes exhibition premises shown on the website www.romexpo.ro. Romexpo Exhibition Centre is managed by Romexpo S.A., a company whose registered office is in Bucharest, 65-67 Marasti BLVD, district 1, postal code 011465, Sole Registration Code 1555425, J40/14818/1991, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

Exhibition premises stand for any pavilion, conference room, outdoor platform, parking.

I.1. ACCESS

The access to the Exhibition Centre shall be only at specially designated points available for each event and only on the basis of valid tickets or cards, as appropriate.

Driving a vehicle inside the exhibition centre is only allowed with a special permit, a valid entry authorization or valid parking permit. During an event, driving or parking of a vehicle inside the exhibition centre is prohibited. However, Romexpo S.A. may make exceptions and issue appropriate parking or entry permits. Romexpo S.A. has the right to charge for parking or entry permits.

The parking or entry permit shall be placed behind the windscreen of the vehicle so as to be clearly visible. The rules on the use of parking or entry permits must be strictly observed. Parking or entry permits shall be returned at any time at the request of Romexpo S.A. staff responsible for traffic control or at the request of the security staff. Parking and/or entry permits are only valid for the vehicle for which they were issued. Romexpo S.A. is entitled to request a guarantee in exchange for entry into the exhibition centre and to limit the maximum length of stay. The guarantee paid is lost if the maximum length of stay is exceeded. This applies during periods of construction and dismantling of the stands and in cases where Romexpo S.A. has granted access to the exhibition centre during each exhibition.

The road traffic provisions in Romania apply to all areas of the exhibition centre and in its parking lots. The maximum speed in the exhibition area is 20 km/h. Inside the pavilions, vehicle traffic is prohibited. This rule also applies to the rest of the exhibition centre during the exhibition.

Vehicles may only enter the pavilions for loading and unloading. Care must be taken not to damage the existing supply connections and other technical infrastructure components. The bearing capacity stipulated for floors in the pavilion and gates height and width must be observed. Engines must be switched off during loading and unloading. Vehicles parking inside the pavilions is prohibited. Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to deny motorized access in the pavilions for reasons it considers justified. Maximum attention should be given to pedestrians. No vehicles are allowed on the routes or gardens that have been closed by a belt. In the exhibition centre no mobile houses and caravans for accommodation shall be brought. Exceptions are those that are used only for the exhibition.

Vehicles are not allowed to stop in the whole exhibition area except in areas designed properly. Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to remove, at the risk and expense of the person responsible, of the driver or of the owner, any vehicles, trailers, containers, skips or full/empty packaging left in areas where stopping is prohibited.

Traffic control measures implemented by Romexpo S.A. and the instructions issued by traffic control staff, in particular must be observed, in order to ensure a free flow of traffic during periods of assembly and disassembly of the stands and during the event itself.

Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to regulate above all the access of the exhibitors and/or companies that build stands and of other contractors to the individual stands.

Regarding fairs and exhibitions, it is advisable to use the full period allowed for stand construction, as past experience shows that the exhibition centre will be very busy on the last two days on which the stands are built. No complains can be filed against Romexpo S.A. if delays are created by exhibitors, by companies which build their stand or by other contractors due to overcrowding of the exhibition centre or to measures implemented by Romexpo S.A. to control traffic in the exhibition centre and/or access to the stands.

I.2. PARKING

Romexpo Exhibition Centre provides the event participants with parking lots.

Parking areas at the Romexpo Exhibition Centre are private property intended for traffic on public road where traffic rules stipulated by legislation in force on public roads traffic, and the following rules are applicable

  • vehicle parking in the parking area of Romexpo Exhibition Centre implies acceptance by the driver of these General, Technical and Participation Terms, and the compliance with traffic and parking rules.
  • Romexpo S.A. is not responsible for any immediate or subsequent, direct or indirect consequences of non-compliance with these General, Technical and Participation Terms.
  • It is forbidden:
    • To use marked places reserved for people with disabilities by people who are not in such a situation;
    • Vehicle parking outside places marked out;
    • Stationing of vehicles likely to block the access roads;
    • Advertising of any kind, inside the parking area.
  • The maximum period of time that a vehicle may be stationed in the parking lot is 48 (forty eight) hours; after this interval, the vehicle will be removed by Romexpo S.A. or by its representatives/proxies and transported in specially designed places outside the Exhibition Centre and the car driver/owner shall bear all related costs.
  • The car driver/owner has the obligation to comply with Fire Protection Rules specifically, being directly liable for the damage caused.
  • Leaving animals, flammable or other dangerous substances in the vehicle is forbidden.
  • The car driver/owner has the obligation not to expose valuables in the vehicles. Romexpo S.A. is not responsible for any damages, losses or thefts that may occur in the parking lot.
  • The car driver/owner is required not to perform maintenance or repair, improvement works in the Parking Area of the Exhibition Centre.
  • To avoid exhaust emission, the driver of the vehicle has the obligation not to let the engine started during stationing or parking.
  • The maximum traffic speed of vehicles in the Parking area is 5 km/h.
  • Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to prohibit access of persons/drivers who do not comply with these General, Technical and Participation Terms.
  • Drivers are required to give maximum attention to parking signs installed in the perimeter of the Parking and of the Exhibition Centre, and to all information displayed and indications of the security agents.
  • Romexpo S.A. is not responsible for accidents or other incidents suffered by users of the parking/vehicle drivers due to carelessness, inadequate use (or due to any other cause) of barriers or other equipment, facilities or otherwise belonging to the parking area of the Exhibition Centre.
  • Any damage incurred by vehicles own and other vehicles, and by facilities or equipment belonging to the Exhibition Centre Parking by drivers or other users of the parking during traffic or when stationing in the premises, will be borne entirely by the persons in default, to the exclusion of liability/exemption from liability of Romexpo SA

I.3. ADVERTISING IN THE EXHIBITION CENTRE

The exhibition and distribution of leaflets and promotional materials is free on the surface rented by the exhibitor or organizer. The development of this activity outside the rented space or by a third party can be done only for a fee by completing the order form "Distribution of promotional materials", available on the sites of the fairs organized within the Exhibition Center.

Advertising is limited to promotion of products and will not violate the legal provisions, will not be political or ideological. Comparative advertising is not allowed. Romexpo S.A. is entitled to remove from the Exhibition Centre without the client’s consent, the advertisements and other forms of advertising, if it deems they are not consistent with the Romanian legislation and with the participation terms or they disturb other exhibitors.

Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to prohibit the display or distribution of advertising materials that could give rise to offense to other participants and will take measures for seizure of existing inventory of materials during the event.

Advertising in optical, mobile, sound media (maximum permissible sound level is 70dB) is allowed only if it does not disturb the neighbouring participants and does not cover the sound in the pavilions (radio ads, etc.). In case these provisions are violated, Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to intervene and ask the advertising message transmission be stopped.

I.4. SECURITY

Romexpo S.A. it ensures the general protection of the external spaces outside the daily program, without being held responsible for the security of the products from the rented space. It is recommended to insure the goods or personal insurance. Romexpo S.A. can provide this service which can be benefited by completing the order form "Stand Guard", available on the sites of fairs organized within the Exhibition Center.

If one of the goods is stolen, the customer is obliged to immediately notify the Police Bureau. The customer is responsible for the security of goods during the daily schedule.

I.5. CLEANING

Romexpo S.A. it ensures the cleaning of the common spaces within the Exhibition Center, without having the obligation to ensure the cleaning in the rented spaces. Romexpo S.A. can provide this service which can be benefited by completing the order form "Stand cleaning", available on the sites of fairs organized within the Exhibition Center.

I.6. WARRANTY

Claims regarding possible defects of the stand or exhibition area must be submitted to Romexpo S.A. in writing immediately after occupying the exhibition area, but not later than the last day of the period of arrangement of the stands, so that Romexpo S.A. be able to remedy these defects. Subsequent claims are not considered.

I.7. SCHEDULE

During the events, premises within the Exhibition Centre open at least one hour before the official opening time and close one hour after the official closing time, according to the schedule of events. Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to impose special requirements in this regard. Exhibitors and organizers who require, for exceptional reasons, to work on their stands outside the time frame mentioned above, must request the written consent of Romexpo S.A.

During construction and disassembly periods necessary to carry out an event, activity can take place in areas within the Exhibition Centre between 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. to the extent that there were no other time frames specified for that event. For general safety reasons, premises of the Exhibition Centre are closed outside these hours. The extension of said time frame is possible only in exceptional circumstances and requires the written consent of Romexpo S.A.

I.8. HEALTH AND SAFETY. EMERGENCY

Placing explosives in the Romexpo Exhibition Centre is prohibited. The same rule applies to ammunition.

The pyrotechnic shows must be approved by Romexpo S.A. and coordinated with it. The necessary approvals are obtained from the relevant safety authorities. However, granting this exceptional opinion is not a right of the participants.

In general, the use of balloons, airships and other flying objects in the Romexpo Exhibition Center is prohibited. Any exception to this rule must be approved by Romexpo S.A. In case of obtaining the opinion, the balloons and airships can be filled exclusively with non-flammable and non-toxic gases. Balloons and airships must remain within the previously established perimeter and must not exceed the permitted height of advertising stands and panels.

The use of smoke machines inside the Romexpo Exhibition Center must be coordinated by the appropriate direction of Romexpo S.A.

Clients will comply with the laws of fire prevention, the laws for the prevention of work accidents and those regarding the damages caused on the territory of the Romexpo Exhibition Center, in accordance with the provisions of the Romanian Civil Code. Smoking in stands and pavilions is strictly prohibited, being possible only in specially designed outdoor areas.

The client has the following main obligations regarding the issues of Safety and Health at work:

  • To appoint the person responsible for safety and health issues at work and to communicate the name to the employees designated by Romexpo S.A.
  • To provide qualified and trained personnel, in accordance with the legislation in force, depending on the specific and the nature of the works to be performed.
  • To ensure that the employees are informed about the risks of accidents and occupational illnesses specific to the work area, as well as on the prevention and protection measures that must be taken and observed, in order to avoid the occurrence of accidents at work, fires or environmental pollution.
  • To ensure all working conditions for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, to provide individual and collective means of protection and, depending on the identified risk factors, to ensure the medical examination in employment and periodic for its own personnel.
  • To check daily, on the spot, through designated persons, how safety measures and occupational health are ensured, emergency situations and environmental protection, knowing that it is directly responsible for producing events of a nature to those covered by this contract.
  • To carry out periodic training on occupational safety and health issues, PSI-SU and environmental protection of its own personnel.
  • Any event (work accident) in which the Client's personnel is involved will be communicated immediately to the employees designated by Romexpo S.A.
  • The work accidents suffered by the Client's personnel, within the Romexpo Exhibition Center, due to their failure to comply with the occupational safety and health norms and PSI-SU, as well as the provisions of the present contract, are recorded by the Client.
  • The work accidents suffered by the Client's personnel in the installations and / or work places belonging to Romexpo S.A., as a result of entering them without service attributions, are recorded by the Client.
  • The accidents produced on the personnel of Romexpo S.A., due to the failure of the technical-organizational and hygienic-sanitary measures by the Client's personnel are recorded and reported as a work accident of the Client.
  • Accidents produced on the Client's staff due to non-compliance with the safety and health requirements at work by the employees of Romexpo S.A., will be recorded by Romexpo S.A.
  • In case of occurrence of events (human, technical accidents, fires, explosions, etc.) the parties have the obligation to announce the bodies authorized by law, such as: Territorial Labor Inspectorate, Fire Brigade, Prosecutor's Office, Police, etc. and to take the necessary measures to there is no change in the factual state that resulted from the event, except when its maintenance would generate other events or endanger the lives of workers or other persons.
  • In case of occurrence of events, joint intervention is provided for the first aid and the sending of the victim to the hospital for intervention.
  • In the event of a fire onset, prompt intervention with the means of first intervention provided, evacuation of persons, goods, including first aid, as the case may be;
  • In case of unforeseen situations in this contract, the accident registration will be established by the Territorial Labor Inspectorate.

The client has the following main obligations regarding Emergency Situations:

  • To know and respect the fire protection measures established by Romexpo S.A.
  • To use the dangerous substances, the installations, the machines, the machines, the equipment and the equipment, according to the technical instructions, as well as to those given by Romexpo.
  • Maintain and use, for the purpose for which they were made, the equipment for fire protection, made available by Romexpo S.A.
  • To comply with the fire protection rules, specific to the activities they organize or carry out.
  • Not to make unauthorized modifications without the written consent of Romexpo S.A., the initial designer of the construction, installation, equipment, device or means of transport used or a technical expert certified according to the legislation in force.
  • Do not perform unauthorized maneuvers or unauthorized modifications of fire protection systems and installations.
  • To inform Romexpo S.A., any technical malfunction or other situation that constitutes fire danger.
  • To communicate, immediately upon finding out, Romexpo S.A. any breach of the fire protection rules or any situation established by it as a fire hazard, as well as any malfunction detected in fire protection systems and installations.
  • To cooperate with the employees designated by Romexpo S.A., as the case may be, with the specialized technical framework, which has responsibilities in the field of fire protection, in order to carry out fire protection measures.
  • To act, in accordance with the procedures established in the workplace, in case of any imminent danger of fire.
  • To provide the authorized persons with all the data and information they are aware of, regarding the production of fires.
  • To keep permanently the escape routes and intervention free of any obstacles.
  • To issue work permits with open fire under the conditions of the law.
  • To comply with the legislation regarding the storage of products and substances at risk of fire / explosion.
  • It is forbidden to perform welding and other works with open flame without the authorization of Romexpo S.A.
  • The packaging and waste will be disposed of immediately, collecting them at the points established for this purpose.
  • The parking of vehicles will be carried out in the spaces specially designated by Romexpo S.A.
  • Any damage caused by fires falls under the exclusive responsibility of the one who caused them.

In order to comply with the labor, environment and PSI norms, the Client has the following obligations:

  • To provide for all the personnel with whom the general introductory training on safety and health at work collaborates, on-the-job training on safety and health at work, occupational protection and PSI, specific periodic training on occupational protection and PSI.
  • The obligations and responsibilities regarding the observance of the norms and the full realization of the measures of labor protection, environmental protection and PSI, by the employees who work in the activities that are the object of this contract are the exclusive responsibility of the Client. In case of material damages due to work accidents, fires, damage due to the personnel of the Client or with whom he collaborates, these will be borne by the Client.
  • In case of work accidents, with temporary incapacity, with invalidity or fatalities suffered at the workplace or in the territory of Romexpo by the Client's personnel or with whom he collaborates, the mentioned accidents will be declared and recorded by the Client, with the obligation of the Client to prior notification to Romexpo SA The client is responsible for notifying all the foreclosures and collaborators, including the participants in the event, of this contractual clause and is responsible for their fulfillment.
  • In emergency situations (for example: fire, floods, gas leaks), in order to operationalize and limit damage, Romexpo S.A. personnel assisted by the Client's representatives and, as the case may be, by the ISU representative (firefighters) and / or the police representative, he may enter the exhibition spaces, drawing up a report signed by the participating persons.
  • In the case of using pyrotechnic materials in the Romexpo Exhibition Center, the Client will obtain all the authorizations according to the law no. 126/1995 regarding, as the case may be: preparation, detention, transport, marketing and use, as well as obtaining all notices from the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, the General Police Department of the Municipality of Bucharest, the Capital City Hall, the Emergency Situations Inspectorate of Bucharest.
  • To be liable under the Civil Code, for the damages caused Romexpo S.A. by his own deed, of the fores / partners, of the participants in the event.

I.9. ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

In the case of using pyrotechnic materials in the Romexpo Exhibition Center, the Client will obtain all the authorizations according to the law no. 126/1995 regarding, as the case may be: preparation, detention, transport, marketing and use, as well as obtaining all notices from the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, the General Police Department of the Municipality of Bucharest, the Capital City Hall, the Emergency Situations Inspectorate of Bucharest.

It is forbidden to store empty packaging of any type (for example, packaging and packaging materials) inside the pavilions (both inside and outside the stands), on the outer spaces and on the loading platforms. Articles of this type should be removed as soon as they are emptied.

I.10. INTERNAL AUTHORITY

Romexpo S.A. has full authority regarding the exhibition center during the events, from the beginning of the construction period, to the end of the decommissioning period. Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to issue instructions. Romexpo S.A. It reserves the right to take pictures and videos related to stands and exhibitions, and to use them for the purpose of promoting fairs and in the press.

I.11. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

The participants who wish to broadcast / use the music at the Romexpo Exhibition Center are directly responsible for the proper compliance with the laws and regulations in force in Romania and internationally and especially regarding the copyright law and other regulations in this area. Also, they are obliged to obtain and pay all the fees / remuneration due to the collective management bodies of the copyright (UCMR-ADA, CREDIDAM, UPFR) for obtaining the licenses to authorize the public communication of the musical repertoire for environmental purposes and / or lucrative, in accordance with the provisions of Law no.8 / 1996 on copyright and related rights, with all subsequent completions and modifications and to pay all taxes and taxes due to the state, bearing full responsibility for it.

I.12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The present section establishes the conditions for the processing of personal data applicable to all clients (exhibitors, co-exhibitors, organizers, co-organizers, tenants, suppliers, etc.) to visitors, their representatives as well as to the general public who visit, regardless of the quality in which I do, the Romexpo Exhibition Center.

ROMEXPO S.A. knows the importance of your personal data and is committed to protecting their privacy and security. Therefore, it is important for us to provide you in an integrated way the information related to the processing of your personal data, within the present General, Technical and Participation Conditions.

ROMEXPO S.A. it processes the personal data, under technical and organizational conditions of adequate security, the processing being carried out in compliance with the legislation in force.

ROMEXPO S.A. processes the personal data received directly from the data subjects (including through ROMEXPO SA websites) or indirectly, during the commercial / contractual relations and / or participation, regardless of the quality in which they do it, at the fairs / events organized in within the Romexpo Exhibition Center.

The personal data are collected either only with the consent / acceptance of the data subjects, if they are provided with good knowledge, voluntarily, on their own initiative, or at the request of ROMEXPO SA, for example through contract documents, through the contract adhesion form, through one of the the online forms used, respectively the online contact form, the online order form, etc., by subscribing to newsletters, participating in raffles and contests, by filling in the data in the account registration form on a ROMEXPO SA website and so on.

Use of the ROMEXPO S.A. websites is subject to these provisions and the Terms and Conditions mentioned on these websites.

If you do not agree with any of the terms of these provisions regarding the protection of personal data, do not use any of the ROMEXPO S.A. websites. or do not provide us with your personal data. Certain services may be subject to the provision of your personal data.

In order to achieve the object of activity and to carry out the current activity, including the carrying out of the contractual activity, as well as to apply the legal provisions, including those regarding the protection of the natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data (internal law and law Community-EU), ROMEXPO SA has the obligation to manage in a safe manner and only for the specified purpose, the personal data provided.

ROMEXPO S.A. will not process personal data unless this is necessary to fulfill the purpose mentioned below, in compliance with the legal measures of data security and confidentiality.

The processing of personal data is any operation or set of operations, which is carried out on personal data, by automatic or non-automatic means, such as: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or making available in any other way, alignment or combination, restriction, blocking, deletion, destruction, archiving.

In order to access the websites of ROMEXPO S.A., it is not necessary to provide any personal data.

In the context of the current activity of ROMEXPO SA, including commercial or contract activity, participation in fairs, exhibitions and / or other specialized events organized within the ROMEXPO Exhibition Center, involving the purchase of ROMEXPO SA services offered on the website, the purchase of tickets online or subscription to ROMEXPO SA newsletters, as well as in the context of fulfilling the legal obligations, ROMEXPO SA will be able to request certain personal data.

For the purposes of the above, Romexpo will process, among other things, the following personal data first and last name, signature, data from the driving license or registration certificate, in certain cases, telephone or fax, home or residence address, e-mail, profession, place of work, position, bank data, habits or preferences or behavior , image, voice, data processed by video surveillance systems, IP address, credit card data, card number, card expiration date, CVV2 or CVC2 code, IBAN code, CNP personal numeric code, serial number and identity card or passport.

The persons (data subjects) whose data can be processed by Romexpo S.A., exclusively for the purposes mentioned below are:

  • Customers of ROMEXPO S.A. (current, former or potential), visitors, the general public, their representatives or their powers, legal or conventional;
  • Representatives or authorities or business contacts (business or contractual partners, exhibitors, co-exhibitors, organizers, co-organizers, suppliers, service providers, tenants, etc. - current, former or potential) and of institutions or authorities public.

Data subjects are required to provide complete, up-to-date and accurate data.

In order to be able to offer certain services specific to Romexpo SA activity (eg, but not limited to, Targ X registration and space rental), Romexpo S.A. will request the personal data necessary for the provision of the respective services, and the refusal to provide such data may determine the impossibility of providing Romexpo services.

When you purchase a service provided by Romexpo S.A., as well as when you participate in fairs or events or exhibitions organized by Romexpo, we will collect personal data in connection with the provision of those services. At the same time, as a visitor of the Romexpo Exhibition Center, we will collect personal data (image, data processed through video surveillance systems, etc.) in order to fulfill the legal obligations and to carry out the current activity (legitimate interest).

By reading these provisions and / or signing any document providing personal data to ROMEXPO S.A., or by providing personal data for accessing ROMEXPO S.A. services or the purchase of tickets to the events organized within the Romexpo Exhibition Center, the data subjects are informed and / or expressly express their consent (regarding their agreement) regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (domestic law and EU-EU law).

In case the data processing is no longer necessary for the provision of a service, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, nor is it justified by a legitimate interest of ROMEXPO S.A. the data subjects may refuse such processing or may withdraw their prior consent, the refusal to produce effects for the future. For example, data subjects may withdraw their consent for the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, at any time and without having to indicate a reason. After solving the request for withdrawal of the consent, the data subject will no longer receive commercial information regarding the events / fairs / services offered by Romexpo S.A.

The purpose of collecting personal data is:

  • Organization of fairs, exhibitions, salons and other specialized events / events;
  • Development of the commercial / contractual activity of ROMEXPO S.A .;
  • Billing and collection of the value of the services offered by ROMEXPO S.A .;

Romexpo S.A. will consider all information collected from you as confidential and will not share it with third parties (except for the organizers / co-organizers of events organized by / within the Romexpo Exhibition Center, and / or business partners, as this situation is described below) without your prior and express consent.

The recipients of the data may even be the (targeted) persons who provided the personal data, as follows:

  • Customers of ROMEXPO S.A. (current, former or potential), visitors, the general public, their representatives / proxies, legal or conventional (for the purpose of developing commercial / contractual relations);
  • Exhibitors, co-exhibitors, organizers, co-organizers, tenants, suppliers, providers and other legal entities - business / contractual partners of ROMEXPO S.A., public authorities / institutions;

Imaginile referitoare la persoane identificate sau identificabile, prelucrate prin mijloace de supraveghere video, constituie date cu caracter personal:

  1. even if they are not associated with the identification data of the person
  2. even if they do not contain the image of the filmed person, but other information that may lead to its identification (eg vehicle registration number)

The purpose of the processing of personal data consists of: monitoring / security of persons, spaces and / or private goods, preventing and combating crimes, fulfilling legal obligations and realizing legitimate interests.

The registered information is intended for use by ROMEXPO S.A. and can be communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, the legal representatives / powers of the data subject, the authorized representatives ROMEXPO S.A., the criminal investigation / investigation bodies, the courts, in accordance with the provisions of the national and community legislation applicable to the activity carried out by ROMEXPO S.A.

The storage period of the data obtained through the video surveillance system is 30 days, except for the situations expressly regulated by the law or for the justified cases. At the end of the term, the records are destroyed or deleted.

In the relationship with Romexpo S.A., the persons concerned benefit according to the legal provisions applicable by the following rights: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to delete data, the right to restrict the processing, the right to data portability, the right to opposition and the automated individual process.

Duration of processing of personal data

In order to achieve the mentioned purpose, ROMEXPO S.A. will process the personal data during the entire period of ROMEXPO activities, until the data subject, or the legal representative, will manifest the right of opposition / deletion (except when ROMEXPO SA processes the data based on a legal obligation or justify a legitimate interest). In order to eliminate the risk that personal data may come into possession and be used abusively / illegally by unauthorized persons, authorized third parties in relation to ROMEXPO S.A. guarantees the legality and security of personal data (card number, expiration date, etc.) and the computer systems used.

Data transfers outside the EU and the European Economic Area can be made only under the conditions provided by the specific national and EU legislation regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and regarding their free movement.

By reading this document, the data subjects were informed about the rights they benefit from, according to the applicable legal provisions, respectively: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to delete data, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to opposition and the automated individual process. At the same time, when the processing is carried out by consent, the data subjects have the right, to withdraw their consent at any time in written form, addressed to ROMEXPO SA, under the conditions of the applicable law, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

For the other purposes, the data subjects have the right to oppose, at any time, free of charge, that the personal data they provide to ROMEXPO S.A. to be the object of a processing, mentioning the data and the purpose considered, only for well-founded and legitimate reasons, related to his particular situation, except in cases where ROMEXPO S.A. demonstrates that it has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing and which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or that the purpose is to find, exercise or defend a right in court. In case of unjustified opposition, ROMEXPO S.A. is entitled to further process the data in question.

By reading this document the data subjects have become aware and understand that the personal data provided to ROMEXPO S.A. constitute determining elements for accessing the services offered by ROMEXPO S.A. and / or conducting commercial / contractual activity.

In case, the persons concerned, directly or through the representative, exercise their rights mentioned above, manifestly unfounded, unjustified or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, ROMEXPO S.A. may be:

II.1. TIME SLOT

II.1.1. Program for construction and dismantling of stands

During the general periods of construction and dismantling of the stands, the activity can be carried out in the pavilions and in the outdoor exhibition spaces between 8.00 and 20.00, unless other time intervals have been specified for the fair.

For general safety reasons, the pavilions and exhibition spaces are closed outside these hours. The extension of this schedule is possible only in exceptional situations and requires the written consent of Romexpo S.A.

II.1.2. Duration of the event

During the exhibition period, the pavilions open one hour before the official opening time and close one hour after the official closing time. ROMEXPO reserves the right to impose special requirements in this regard.

Exhibitors who need to work at their stands outside this time range for exceptional reasons must request the written consent of Romexpo S.A.

  1. CIRCULATION WITHIN THE EXHIBITION CENTER, EMERGENCY DRAWINGS, SAFETY EQUIPMENT

2.1. Regulations regarding road traffic

Vehicles can only enter the pavilions for loading and unloading. Care must be taken not to damage existing power connections and other components of the technical infrastructure. The stipulated bearing capacity of the pavement floors must be respected, as well as the height and width of the gates. Engines must be stopped during loading and unloading. The parking of vehicles in pavilions is strictly forbidden. Romexpo S.A. It reserves the right to refuse motorized access to pavilions for reasons it considers justified. Maximum attention should be paid to pedestrians. Vehicles are not allowed to access routes or green areas that have been closed by a cord. In the exhibition center you can not bring mobile homes and caravans for accommodation. Exceptions are those that are used only for exhibition.

Vehicles are not allowed to stop in the whole exhibition area except in areas designed properly. Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to remove, at the risk and expense of the person responsible, of the driver or of the owner, any vehicles, trailers, containers, skips or full/empty packaging left in areas where stopping is prohibited.

Traffic control measures implemented by Romexpo S.A. and the instructions issued by traffic control staff, in particular must be observed, in order to ensure a free flow of traffic during periods of assembly and disassembly of the stands and during the event itself.

Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to regulate above all the access of the exhibitors and/or companies that build stands and of other contractors to the individual stands.

Regarding fairs and exhibitions, it is advisable to use the full period allowed for stand construction, as past experience shows that the exhibition centre will be very busy on the last two days on which the stands are built. No complains can be filed against Romexpo S.A. if delays are created by exhibitors, by companies which build their stand or by other contractors due to overcrowding of the exhibition centre or to measures implemented by Romexpo S.A. to control traffic in the exhibition centre and/or access to the stands.

II.2.2. Emergency routes

Areas of intervention in case of fires, fire hydrants

At no time can the access to the intervention areas in case of fires, to the evacuation routes in case of emergency and to the safety zones properly designed can be restricted. Access may not be restricted by parked vehicles, stored exhibition objects, building or packaging materials, etc. which blocks the road, especially during the construction and dismantling of the stands.

Vehicles and objects parked or blocking the areas of intervention in case of fires, escape routes in case of emergency or safety zones can be removed at the expense of the responsible person.

The hydrants from the pavilions and from the outdoor exhibition areas cannot be obstructed and must be identifiable and accessible.

2.3. Emergency exits, escape hatches, color in pavilions

All exits from the pavilions and corridors designed as such in the pavilion plans must be free across their entire width. These serve as escape routes in emergency situations, as a result they can never be obstructed by objects left in the road or protruding. The doors on the emergency exits route should open easily from the inside and the whole width. Exit doors, escape hatches and any signs indicating their position may not be obstructed, covered with construction, blocked, covered or unidentifiable. The Romexpo information booths will be located according to the requests of the Heads of Services of the Commercial Department.

It is forbidden to obstruct the corridors designed as such or to cover them with constructions.

2.4. Safety equipment

Sprinkler systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishing equipment, smoke detectors, locking devices for entrance to pavilions and other safety devices, signs indicating their position and green signs for emergency exit must be accessible and visible at all times; they cannot be obstructed or blocked.

2.5. Stand numbering

All the booths have numbers given by the organizer and they can be removed only with the previous agreement of the organizer.

2.6. Security

Romexpo S.A. and / or the security company hired by it to oversee the exhibition center is responsible for security at the entrances and in the pavilions. Romexpo S.A. does not offer guarantees regarding the continuous security and monitoring of the exhibition center. Romexpo S.A. it is authorized to implement any measures it considers necessary for security and monitoring purposes.

The security of the stands, the exhibited items and other objects in the stands is not the responsibility of Romexpo S.A. The exhibitors are responsible for the security of their stands and should be organized as they see fit. However, only security agents can be hired from the company approved by Romexpo S.A. to secure the exhibition center.

The attention of the exhibitors is especially drawn to the fact that the objects exposed to the stand and other articles from the stand are exposed to the risks of theft especially during the periods of construction and dismantling of the stands. Romexpo S.A. it cannot be held liable in the periods of arrangement and decommissioning for the disappearance of the valuable objects of the exhibitors.

2.7. Evacuation

Romexpo S.A. has the right to order the closure and evacuation of halls, buildings, pavilions and / or outdoor exhibition areas for safety and compliance.

  1. DATA AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FLOORS AND EXTERNAL EXPOSITION SPACE

3.1. Pavilion data

The maximum overall height allowed for the construction of stands is, with some exceptions, 5 m for pavilions A and C1-C6, and 7 m for pavilions B1 and B2.

All the pavilions are equipped with indoor hydrants and fire detection equipment.

The maximum permitted load capacity of the floor on level 0 (ground floor) is, with some exceptions, of 3500 kg / sqm in pavilions A and C1-C6 and of 5000 kg / sqm in pavilions B1 and B2.

The maximum permissible load capacity of the floor on the floors of the pavilions is, with some exceptions, of 300 kg / sqm.

Normal lighting, current type, voltage

The normal lighting in the pavilions is provided by ROMEXPO. Each pavilion is illuminated naturally and / or artificially.

Voltage levels available in the pavilions and platforms of the exhibition center:

230 volts (± 10%) / 50 Hz single phase

400 volts (± 10%) / 50 Hz three phase

Communication equipment

Inside the stand there are available for telephone connections, fax connections, data connections and access point (wifi) for internet connection.

Sprinkler systems

Pavilions A, C2 and B1, B2, B3 are equipped with automatic fire extinguishing systems.

Heating, ventilation

Romexpo S.A. it ensures the general heating and ventilation of the pavilions, except the periods of arrangement, respectively decommissioning.

All the pavilions (except pavilion A and D1-D2) have air conditioning.

Deficiencies

Any deficiencies in power (for example, electricity, water, compressed air, heating, ventilation, communications, etc.) should be reported immediately to the Assistance Office of Romexpo S.A. (Dispatched flag).

Romexpo S.A. not liable for damages arising from deficiencies due to power fluctuations or force majeure or if the power supply is interrupted at the instructions of the Fire Service or of the service providers concerned (electricity, water, energy).

3.2. Exterior exhibition space

Permissible carrying capacity: 500 kg / sqm.

Inside the stand built outside, electricity connections and connections to water / waste water are available.

  1. GENERAL RULES CONCERNING STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

4.1. Safety norms for the construction of stands

Exhibition stands that host equipment and exhibits, as well as advertising panels, must be constructed in compliance with safety measures, so as not to present a danger to public safety and order, but especially to the lives and health of people.

Each exhibitor is responsible for the structural safety of his stand and can receive the request to present evidence in this regard.

Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to inspect the structure of stands, exhibits, billboards, etc. or to hire an independent expert to verify their stability and traffic safety, even if the articles in question have been previously approved.

The structure of the stands located in the outer exhibition area must be designed so as to withstand the loads given by the pressure of the wind or, as the case may be, of the snow.

In pavilions B1 and B2 can be applied up to four loads limited to 500 kg each (winter scenario), respectively 800 kg each (summer scenario) for panels and up to six loads limited to 800 kg each (winter scenario) , respectively 1200 kg (summer scenario) in the case of the lower soles of the farms. Some exceptions may occur. It is forbidden to ensure the structure of the stands by anchoring the ceiling in pavilions A, C1-C6.

The machines and equipment that fall under the ISCIR incident can be used only on the request and agreement of Romexpo S.A.

The equipment and equipment falling under the ISCIR incidence must be authorized by ISCIR, in due time and used only by ISCIR authorized personnel. Accidents and damages arising from the non-conforming use of ISCIR equipment are borne by the guilty party.

4.2. Approval of the construction of the stands

Any type of stands made by other manufacturers outside Romexpo S.A. - both inside and outside the exhibition area - must receive the Romexpo approval.

Stand structures that require inspection and approval

All organizers, exhibitors, tenants, partners in the field of service provision and other service providers have the obligation to check if the temporary structures they intend to build inside the pavilions or in the outdoor exhibition area require approval.

The scale projects of the one or two storey stands must be submitted for approval by Romexpo S.A. They are submitted in two copies (site plan and sketches of height quotas on a minimum scale of 1: 100) up to the deadline specified in the order forms for exhibition services. In the case of receiving the notice, one of the copies is returned to the exhibitor / builder of the stand with the approval of Romexpo S.A.

The costs of the project approval process are borne by the exhibitor.

Vehicles and containers

The use of vehicles and containers as exhibited inside the pavilions requires approval.

Decommissioning of improper stand structures

At the request of Romexpo S.A., the structures of the stands that have not been approved or do not comply with the technical guidelines or the legal regime must be modified accordingly or decommissioned.

If this is not done within the deadline, Romexpo S.A. has the right to make these changes or, as the case may be, to remove the stand structures, at the exhibitor's expense.

Extent of liability

The exhibitor or builder designated by him for the construction of the stand is responsible for any damages caused by the non-observance of the above norms.

In addition, the exhibitor or manufacturer designated by it undertakes to exempt Romexpo S.A. of liability in case of possible claims made by third parties following the violation of the norms regarding the construction of the stands, expressed above.

4.3. Height of buildings

The standard height of the advertising stands and panels is 2.50 m.

The maximum height of the constructions varies according to the event, being specified in the special conditions of participation. The maximum height set by Romexpo S.A. for the structure of the stands it can be overcome only with the written agreement of Romexpo S.A.

Normally, this limitation does not apply to exhibits.

4.4. Fire prevention

4.4.1. Norms for fire prevention and extinguishing

Construction of stands and decorative materials

The use of lightly flammable materials and those that drip, melt or emit toxic gases at the time of burning is prohibited. Also, it is not allowed to use plastics that produce a lot of soot when burning (such as polystyrene, rigid polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene, etc.). When installing, exhibitors must present fireproof certificates for the materials in question. The decorative materials must be at least fire resistant. Romexpo S.A. allows the subsequent fireproofing of decorative materials only after obtaining the approval of firefighters, if a suitable and approved fireproofing agent is used and the corresponding processing instructions are followed.

Decorative materials with standard fire resistance can be used in certain areas if their location has sufficient fire protection. In this sense, a test certificate must be presented to confirm the fire class of the materials used. The suspended decorations must be at a height of at least 2.50 m from the floor.

In certain cases, for safety reasons, special conditions may be required for the bearing structural components (for example non-flammability). The joints of the elements covering the floor of the stand must be sealed.

It is forbidden to use cable clamps when anchoring parts that support the tension of the structure.

Only freshly cut trees and plants can be used for decorative purposes (with the leaves or those green and full of sap). If during the event it is observed the drying of the trees and of the plants, which thus become slightly flammable, they must be removed. The trees should not have branches up to a height of about 50 cm above the floor. The lawn must be kept moist permanently (because it presents a danger of ignition from cigarettes, matches etc.).

Generally bamboo, reed, fan, straw, decorative bark and similar materials do not meet the above conditions, being usually prohibited. Any exceptions to this rule require the prior approval of the Romexpo S.A. division. corresponding to.

As a general rule, waste must be disposed of and disposed of immediately or collected in appropriate containers and disposed of properly.

Motor vehicle type displays

As a general rule, driving and parking of motor vehicles inside the pavilions is forbidden. Any exception to this rule must be approved by the fire service, but granting this exceptional opinion is not a right of the exhibitors. The vehicles displayed inside the pavilions should not have more fuel than necessary for entering and leaving the pavilion. The fuel tank must be blocked. It is forbidden to start internal combustion engines, for demonstration purposes, within the pavilions or at the exhibitor's stand. In the case of demonstrations in the outdoor exhibition area, the engines must be equipped with exhaust drums. Fuel storage inside the booth is prohibited.

Motorized or mobile exhibition stands (presentation trucks, buses, trailers, etc.) must be equipped with a sprinkler system if it covers an uninterrupted individual area with an area of more than 30 square meters. Areas with cavities are considered as uninterrupted individual surfaces if the cavities are not large enough to prevent the spread of fire.

In the case of motorized or mobile exhibition stands (presentation trucks, buses, semi-trailers or trailers), for each individual covered area measuring more than 30 square meters, a sprinkler system must be installed.

Explosives and ammunition

It is forbidden to expose explosive substances in fairs and exhibitions. The same rule applies to ammunition.

Fireworks

The pyrotechnic shows must be approved and coordinated by Romexpo S.A. The necessary approvals are obtained from the relevant safety authorities. However, granting this exceptional opinion is not a right of the exhibitors.

Compressed gases, liquefied gases, fuels, flammable liquids

The storage and use of compressed / liquefied gases, fuels, flammable liquids within the Romexpo Exhibition Center is forbidden, unless the written agreement from Romexpo S.A. has been requested and obtained.

Use of balloons, airships and other flying objects

Generally it is forbidden to use balloons, airships and other flying objects within the pavilions and the outdoor exhibition area. Any exception to this rule must be approved by Romexpo S.A. In case of obtaining the opinion, the balloons and airships can be filled exclusively with non-flammable and non-toxic gases. Balloons and airships must remain within the perimeter of the stand and must not exceed the permitted height of the stands and billboards.

Smoke machines

The use of smoke machines must be coordinated by the appropriate direction of Romexpo S.A.

Ashtrays and containers for ash

Smoking is prohibited in the stands, and sufficient places are specially arranged with ashtrays and ash containers made of non-flammable materials. They ensure their periodic emptying in watertight non-flammable containers.

Containers for non-recyclable, recyclable and residual waste

Inside the stands, the use of containers for non-recyclable, recyclable and residual waste made of flammable materials is prohibited. The non-recyclable, recyclable and residual waste generated by the stands must be disposed of regularly, at the latest each evening of the event, or must be stored in the garbage bags provided for this purpose and placed at the edge of the side from the aisle.

Romexpo S.A., through an operator, ensures the collection and disposal of the waste produced by exhibitors during the actual conduct of the event within the stands, except:

  • wastes / residual materials of any kind resulting from the work of arranging / dismantling the stand, such as partition walls, false ceilings, gypsum, floors, large packing boxes, pallets etc.
  • carpet, waste resulting from processes and demonstrations made with machines, equipment and machines
  • of special regime wastes, which can be classified as hazardous and non-hazardous (for example: WEEE, used tires, packaging, waste oils, medical and phytosanitary wastes, asbestos-PCB materials and equipment, animal wastes, wastes in public food, etc. )

Wastes from lightly flammable materials such as tassels, wood chips, sawdust and the like must be stored in tight containers to be disposed of daily or several times a day in the event of a large amount of waste.

The bags distributed for the collection of non-recyclable, recyclable and residual waste are collected by the collection company in the evening of each day of the event.

Spray guns, nitrocellulose paints, detergents, solvents

During the course of the exhibition manifestation, respectively the period of arrangement / construction, of dismantling and the actual period of the event, the use of spray guns, as well as of the substances and paints containing solvents is prohibited.

Polishing parts and working with open flame

For these works it must be requested in writing and obtained the opinion of the SSM manager from Romexpo S.A. which is responsible for all welding, cutting, soldering, melting and polishing work. During the works, the surrounding area must be protected from sparks. All joints and cracks must be insulated with suitable non-flammable materials. The booths must be equipped with at least one fire extinguisher suitable and approved for Class C fires. Any exception to this rule must be approved by the fire service.

Empty packaging

It is forbidden to store empty packaging of any type (for example, packaging and packing materials) inside the pavilions (both inside and outside the stands) and on the loading platforms during the installation / construction of the stands, dismantling and during their own development -the event. Articles of this type should be removed and disposed of immediately.

Within the limits of the possibilities, on the basis of the order from the exhibitor and against the cost, they can be stored in the spaces provided by Romexpo S.A.

If an exhibitor does not remove the improperly stored items despite the requests received, Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to remove these items at the risk and expense of the respective exhibitor.

4.4.2. Glass and acrylic sheets

It is only permitted to use the safety glasses suitable for specific purposes. In the case of structures made of glass, the edges of the glass panels must be machined or protected to eliminate any risk of injury. Components made entirely of glass should be marked appropriately at eye level.

4.5. Exits, escape routes and doors

Exits and escape routes

Stands whose floor covers an area of ​​over 100 square meters, those with access to an escape path longer than 10 m or those designed so that the exit / exit path is not visible from any point of the stand must be provided with at least two exits. / separate escape routes, located as far away from each other as possible.

The stand must be designed so as to prevent the creation of hard-to-reach rooms, corners or niches.

All the separate rooms used by the staff members (offices, recreation rooms, meeting rooms, etc.) within a certain area of ​​the stand must have a view of the nearest escape route and the access path to it.

It is forbidden to arrange rooms where it can only enter through a separate room (isolated rooms).

If the maximum length of the escape route to the pavilion passage exceeds 10 m, the respective stand must be provided with a secondary exit and / or with a width of at least 2.0 m wide which will lead to one of the pavilion corridors.

The width of the escape routes and exits must be at least 1.00 m.

Doors

It is forbidden to use swing doors, with access code, sliding doors, with vertical opening and any other types of barriers in the way of access.

4.7. Design of stands

4.7.1. Conditions

  • The project of the stand must contain the plan of the quoted stand, furnished, specifying the destinations of the spaces (exhibition, office, warehouse, etc.)
  • In the project all the facades corresponding to the free and built sides, must have the corresponding height quotas and the position of the graphic (company name, logo, etc.).
  • The stand design will also contain a general axonometric perspective.
  • The project will also include the plans of the electrical and sanitary installations, specifying the type of electrical connection (mono or three-phase and the installed power), the position of the electrical panel, the outlets and the lighting fixtures, of other consumers (machines in operation), the position of the connection with power supply. with water and drainage.
  • The plan of location of the lighting circuits will respect without exception the norms and the norms of the electrical installations in force; the obligation to interrupt the lighting in the stand (daily at the end of the program) rests exclusively with the exhibitor.
  • The technical report of the project will include the description of the construction system, the materials and finishes used for the floor, walls and ceiling of the stand, as well as the pledge of the designer to respect the technical norms and the provisions contained in the participation conditions and in the general conditions of the fairs and exhibitions organized in Romexpo.
  • The project and the technical report must be clearly signed by the documentation designer and endorsed by the exhibiting company.
  • In the case of floor stands or graphic support structures, the maximum allowed height is 5.00 m in pavilions A, C1-C6 and 7m for B1 and B2. Romexpo S.A. does not endorse the project from the point of view of resistance. The assumption and responsibility for the construction of the stand belongs exclusively to the exhibitors.
  • The requested documentation is compulsory regardless of the arrangement of the stand, being necessary a presentation of the way in which the rented space is delimited as well as the respect of the free sides (of exhibition) and of the built sides (the way of delimitation, closing of the stand).
  • The drafting of the documentation will be done in A3 or A4 format and will be transmitted for approval at Romexpo in JPG, pdf or Autocad 2005-2007 format.
  • The responsibility regarding the observance of the legislation, safety and health at work, including the full realization of the labor protection, environmental protection and PSI training for the exhibitor's or the constructor's employees is the exclusive responsibility of the exhibitor and / or the manufacturer.
  • The construction of the stand is allowed only if the stand design has been approved by Romexpo S.A.
  • It is forbidden to carry out aerial constructions over the access and access lanes, as well as the placement of advertising graphics above these colors, unless there is a favorable opinion from Romexpo S.A.
  • The walls of the stand built on the free sides of the stand must have a commercial appearance or have a pleasant finish to the visiting corridors.
  • The walls of the booth built on the closed sides of the booth must have a neutral finish on their backs where this is possible.
  • It is forbidden to display graphics on the back of the walls that are considered closed sides to the neighboring stands positioned on the same boundary between the stands.
  • In pavilions B1 and B2 can be applied up to four loads limited to 500 kg each (winter scenario), respectively 800 kg each (summer scenario) for panels and up to six loads limited to 800 kg each (winter scenario) , respectively 1200 kg (summer scenario) in the case of the lower soles of the farms. Some exceptions may occur. It is forbidden to ensure the structure of the stands by anchoring the ceiling in pavilions A, C1-C6.
  • It is not allowed to fix the floor or to anchor the structural elements of the pavilion.
  • Perforation and damage to exterior platforms is not permitted.
  • In the central pavilion (A) it is allowed to anchor the ceiling of the pavilion only if there is a project approved by an authorized structural engineer.

The design and equipping of the stands, as well as the possible construction works necessary for them, falls to each exhibitor. However, it must take into account the character and appearance of the fair and / or the exhibition in question. To this end, Romexpo S.A. has the right to request the modification of the stand project. Also, Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to impose the necessary framework structure for a particular event.

The walls of the stands next to the passageways of the visitors must have glass panels, niches, displays, etc. in order to provide an attractive image.

When constructing the booth it is recommended to avoid creating barriers, so that the booth and the facilities offered are accessible to persons with reduced mobility, which can be used by them without additional assistance.

4.7.2. Check the dimensions of the stand

Romexpo S.A. measures the surface of the stand on the level of the pavilion floor and marks its corners.

After the space of the stand has been allocated, each exhibitor has the obligation to check the location and dimensions of all the installations, pipes for utilities, ventilation systems etc. and to give proper instructions to the booth builder when necessary.

The limits of the stand surface will be respected.

4.7.3. Structural changes to the pavilions

It is forbidden to damage, soil and modify in any way the components and technical installations of the pavilions (for example by drilling, using nails or screws, etc.). It is also forbidden to apply paints, wallpaper and adhesives on them.

It is forbidden to tension the technical components and installations of the pavilions due to the construction of stands or exhibits that are not serviced by them. However, the columns / consoles located inside the stand area can be integrated into their project provided they are not damaged and the maximum height of the stand is not exceeded.

It is forbidden to damage the joints on the walls, the ceiling and the floor of the pavilions by means of burial, the laying of foundations or similar works. It is forbidden to mount bolts or anchoring elements of the stand structures.

It is allowed to ensure the exhibits through the elements of anchoring in the floor only in exceptional and justified cases, with the written agreement of Romexpo S.A. Upon request, the scale plans detailing the location, the type of fixing, the diameters of the holes and the number of the anchoring elements must be attached. As few items as possible should be used.

4.7.4. The pavilion floor

Carpets and other floor coverings must be placed in compliance with safety regulations and must not exceed the stand surface.

Only the adhesive tape can be used to fix these covers, which does not leave traces at the time of removal. The use of other adhesive materials, as well as paints, on the pavement floor is prohibited.

All used materials should be removed without leaving any trace. Substances such as oil, petroleum jelly, paints and the like should be removed immediately from the floor.

4.7.5. Suspension of articles from the ceiling of the pavilions

In pavilions B1 and B2 can be applied up to four loads limited to 500 kg each (winter scenario), respectively 800 kg each (summer scenario) for panels and up to six loads limited to 800 kg each (winter scenario) , respectively 1200 kg (summer scenario) in the case of the lower soles of the farms. Some exceptions may occur. It is forbidden to ensure the structure of the stands by anchoring the ceiling in pavilions A, C1-C6.

4.7.6. The perimeter walls of the stands

Separate walls can be ordered through the order forms for exhibition services.

It is forbidden to modify the partitions and their supporting elements by the exhibitors.

They are liable for all bodily harm and material damage caused by non-compliance with this rule.

4.7.7. Advertising materials / presentations

The inscriptions, logos and names of the trademarks displayed on stands and exhibits must not exceed the specified height. In the case of advertising materials that are directly adjacent to another stand, a free distance of 2 m between them and the perimeter of the respective stand will be kept.

For any type of manifestation or presentation, as well as any visual, mobile or acoustic advertising company, the written agreement of Romexpo S.A. is required. They should not disturb the other participants in the event, not cause agglomeration to prevent the blocking of the corridors and not cover the amplifiers of communication with the public in the pavilion. The noise level recorded at the perimeter of the stands should not exceed 70 dB (A).

Even though it has expressed its agreement, Romexpo S.A. has the right to restrict or prohibit events that disturb the sight, cause noise, dirt, dust, vibrations or other emissions or which, for any reason, significantly disturb the running of the event and participants in it.

It is forbidden to use advertising materials that are bright, rotating or that have a succession of fast images, as well as moving advertisements along the perimeter of the stand.

The distribution of printed materials and the use of advertising materials outside the limits of their own stand are not allowed.

However, Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to impose additional restrictions in certain cases. Romexpo S.A. has the right to visit the stands to verify compliance with the above rules.

Also, Romexpo S.A. has the right to remove, cover or prevent in any other way the violation of the above rules regarding advertising, at the risk and expense of the exhibitor.

4.8. Exterior exhibition area

4.8.1. Check the dimensions of the stand

Romexpo S.A. measures the surface of the stand on the floor of the outdoor exhibition area and marks its corners.

After the space of the stand has been allocated, each exhibitor has the obligation to check the location and dimensions of all the installations, especially of the pipes for utilities, of foundations, rails, distribution boxes, etc. and to give proper instructions to the booth builder when necessary.

The limits of the stand surface will be respected. The exhibitor must ensure that none of the items located in the stand area exceeds its limits. Exceptions to this rule may be approved in the case of the use of rotary tower cranes by Romexpo S.A. for safety reasons; this approval is granted if all affected exhibitors express their agreement for the crane to enter inside the stands. In the event that an exhibitor refuses to consent, the refusal does not take effect if the safety rules require the rotating tower crane to enter inside its stand.

4.8.2. Construction of stands

All structures that occupy space on the ground, as well as the special constructions (for example the advertising towers) to be built in the indoor or outdoor exhibition area require the agreement of Romexpo S.A. and must be registered with Romexpo S.A. through the appropriate service form from the order forms section for exhibition services. For any works of installation of the elements and cables for anchoring the tents, lifting masts and any other terraces made in the outdoor exhibition area, clear overall plans must be submitted in order to approve, in writing, Romexpo S.A. It is forbidden to perform any earthworks within the exhibition premises without a written agreement in this regard. Romexpo S.A. must be notified prior to the commencement of any earthworks within the exhibition.

When carrying out any construction work on the stands, special care will be taken to the existing supply pipes, foundations and distribution boxes, etc. If they are located inside the individual stands, they must be accessible at any time.

It is forbidden to build structures of stands at distances less than 0.5 m from the perimeter of neighboring stands, unless Romexpo S.A. issued an exceptional written opinion in this regard.

It is permanently prohibited to block roads with structures and equipment, including during the arrangement and dismantling of stands. Roads should remain free across the entire width to allow firefighters access.

4.8. Dismantling

All exhibition areas must be returned to Romexpo S.A. in the original state up to the deadline set for disassembly.

To this end, Romexpo S.A. it must be notified of the space to be returned, in order to inspect the stand.

All the installations of the type of foundations, the supports infilled in the ground, the supply pipes, etc. must be removed by the specified deadline for disassembly, unless otherwise agreed with Romexpo S.A. and the installations are at least 0.3 m below ground level. In this case, at Romexpo S.A. plans should be submitted without delay detailing the exact location and dimensions of the installations concerned.

If not all the necessary repairs have been completed by the specified date, Romexpo S.A. has the right to personally perform these repairs or to contract a third party for this purpose, at the expense of the exhibitor concerned.

4.8.4. Other provisions

Exhibitors whose stands are adjacent to the edge of the ground on which the exhibition center is located do not have the right to use the fence for their own purpose. It is forbidden to use the outer part of the fence for advertising purposes.

This rule applies even during the construction and dismantling of the stand.

Stand components, indicators and flags should be mounted so as not to disturb other people, mainly other exhibitors and visitors. The wrong indicators of the companies should be removed if the management of the exhibition considers it necessary.

Exhibits whose height exceeds 30 m must be registered with Romexpo S.A. for approval, through the appropriate form in the order forms section for exhibition services, at least 3 weeks before the fair starts.

Rotary tower cranes and similar machines must be properly fixed, in accordance with the relevant norms. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to suspend cranes of advertising panels and other tasks (except flags).

The use of liquefied natural gas for heating is prohibited. Fuel heating is allowed only with the approval of the fire service.

In all other situations, the general regulation and the one applicable to the area of ​​the pavilions are also valid for the external exhibition area, insofar as their application is significant.

4.9. Construction of stands with two levels

4.9.1. Approval of the planning request

Exposition stands can be built on two levels only in pavilions A, C1, C3, C4, C5, C6, B1 and B2 and provided the prior approval of the fire service and Romexpo S.A. which is responsible for approving the project. Also, the opinion takes into account the position within the pavilion and the necessary space measured at the floor level. An essential factor in the approval process is the effect of the two-tiered stand on the project and the transparency of the pavilion, as well as on the neighboring stands.

4.9.2. Height of the structure of the stands, conditions applicable to the surfaces of the covered stands, the height of the interior surface of the stands and minimum distances

The maximum height of the stands is set separately for each event, being stipulated in the conditions of participation and / or in the order forms for exhibition services.

The height of the interior areas of the two-storey stands should be at least 2.40 m for both the lower and upper levels.

The distance between stairs, open cabins, terraces or dining areas and the edge of the aisles must be at least 1.00 m, and the distance between them and the perimeter of the neighboring stands must be at least 3.00 m. If the minimum distance from the stand next to it can not be kept, in the area must be raised a form of high protection of at least 2.00 m to ensure privacy.

4.9.3. Workloads / load parameters

In the case of two-level stands inside the pavilions, the work load of the upper level floor must comply with the following: if the level is used for organizing meetings and providing services to clients, for example being furnished with freely arranged tables and chairs or with meeting booths , it must withstand a working load of 3.0 kN / sqm. If the upper level is permanently used as an exhibition area or intended for sales, its floor must withstand a working load of 5.0 kN / sqm. The destination of the space must be clearly stated on the plans submitted for approval.

Stairs must always be able to withstand workloads of 5.0 kN / sqm. The handrails and their pillars must be designed to withstand loads of 1 kN / sqm at the height of the hand. It must be proved that the pressure applied by the supports does not exceed the maximum permissible pressure supported by the pavement floor.

4.9.4. Exits / stairs

Stands with two levels whose upper level covers an area of ​​maximum 100 square meters require a single staircase.

The staircase must lead out of the covered area of ​​the stand. The length of the escape routes connecting the upper level to one of the main corridors on the ground floor of the pavilion must not exceed 25 m.

It is forbidden to construct spiral or helical stairs for this purpose. The height of the countertops should not exceed 0.19 m, and the width of the steps should not be less than 0.26 m.

The interior dimension of the stairs must be at least 1 m.

Stands whose upper level extends over an area of ​​over 100 square meters require at least two stairs located at the opposite ends of the stand. One of the two stairs must lead out of the covered area of ​​the stand.

In the case of multi-level stands arranged in the outdoor exhibition area, the main unit of each level must be served by two separate escape routes. Exits in the open air must be located at a maximum of 35 m away from any point on the stand surface.

Each level must be provided with at least one outdoor exit, designed so that it can be used as an escape route without any risk (to have its own staircase or to lead to the outside staircase).

It is forbidden to store items and install shelves in areas above or below stairs without countertops.

The current hands must be adherent and placed in an uninterrupted manner.

4.9.5. Construction materials

The load-bearing components, the ceiling of the lower levels and the floor of the upper levels of the two-level exhibition stands must be made from fire-resistant materials.

Floor coverings, panels and ceilings can be made from permitted building materials and are currently used in the arrangement of stands. The use of fastening materials on the pavement floor is not allowed.

Stands with two levels must be designed so that they can be built, equipped and dismantled during the construction and decommissioning period allocated for the respective event. The general norms regarding the constructions will be respected. Also, in order to ensure the safety and the prevention of fires we reserve the right to impose additional requirements until the approval of the respective stand.

4.9.6. Higher level

All rooms intended for use by staff (offices, recreation rooms, meeting rooms, etc.) must have a view to the nearest escape route and the route leading to it.

The underside of all railings must be provided with a plinth up to a height of at least 0.05 m and with curb, grill or solid panels or similar protective elements to prevent falling. In order to avoid placing on the railing of various objects (for example glasses) that can fall easily, the current hand at the top of the rail should have an appropriate shape, for example circular or semi-circular.

It is forbidden to cover the areas on the upper level with closed ceilings or roofs. The use of metal grilles with 1 cm x 1 cm mesh is allowed. The open surface of the upper level ceiling (including the lighting units) must cover at least 70% of the floor surface.

4.10. Decommissioning of stands

The exhibitor has the obligation to remove all the materials used in the construction of the stand, the exhibits and other articles until the end of the decommissioning period established for the respective event, restoring the area of ​​the stand to its initial state.

After the end of the decommissioning period, Romexpo S.A. has the right, but not the obligation to hire an authorized shipping agent to pick up and store any items left in the perimeter of the stand at the exhibitor's expense and risk, receiving a proper handling fee. Also, Romexpo S.A. has the right to remove at the exhibitor's expense all the materials used for the exhibition, as well as any other articles left on the stand after the end of the period set for decommissioning (for example: waste from the construction / decommissioning of the stand, the remaining materials left after decommissioning the stand).

In case the wastes from the construction and / or decommissioning of the stand are not eliminated or are not completely eliminated by the exhibitor and / or by the partner company that provided the construction / arrangement of the stand, Romexpo S.A. will provide this service at the expense of the exhibitor and / or, as the case may be, of the construction company, at rates increased by 50% compared to those provided in the order form.

II.4.11. Waste disposal

The exhibitors and its foreclosures will avoid the generation of unnecessary waste both during the period of construction-arrangement of the stands, as well as during the dismantling of the stands. Its exhibitors and foreclosures (contractual partners-builders) are obliged to contribute effectively to this throughout the event (construction / dismantling / actual development of the event). This fact must be taken into account in particular for the materials used for packaging, advertising materials, disposable equipment, carpet, pallets, disposable tableware etc.

Where possible, as a general principle, the use of recyclable and environmentally friendly materials for the construction and arrangement of stands will be pursued.

Each exhibitor is responsible for complying with the legal provisions and appropriately regarding the disposal of their generated waste.

At the end of the event exhibitors are obliged to hand over the spaces in good order, in the initial state in which they received them, clean. This provision includes materials on the pavement floor (eg adhesive tape, etc.).

All cleaning work must be done with biodegradable products / preparations. The use in the activity of cleaning substances, compound preparations containing solvents and which are harmful to health and the environment is prohibited.

The exhibitor is obliged to ensure that all waste is properly disposed of by its third parties as well (the company contracted for various services, such as the construction and arrangement of the stand and / or its other partners).

The exhibitor is obliged to ensure the elimination of hazardous waste within the Exhibition Center, in compliance with the legal provisions through authorized operators.

It is forbidden to bring materials and waste from the exhibitors and their counterparts to the Romexpo Exhibition Center that are not generated after the stand / construction of the stand and their dismantling.

It is forbidden to dispose of hazardous chemical substances and preparations (eg waste oils, fats, solvents, hydrocarbons-fuels, etc.), as well as any solid or susceptible bodies to the toilets, to the sewerage system, to the drainage of household waste. to affect the proper functioning of the sewerage network.

In the case of public food units, they have the obligation to install and use some oil and grease separators. In the case of mobile food units, fats and oils must be collected and disposed of separately by the economic operator / exhibitor.

Participation in the fairs and exhibitions organized within the Romexpo Exhibition Center is made on the basis of the general, technical and participation conditions that will be acquired by the exhibitor before the start of the fair / exhibition in which he participates.

In order to become an exhibitor, applicants must use the participation forms and services available on the fair / exhibition website or provided by the representatives of Romexpo S.A.

The exhibitors will have to respect the specific conditions below.

III. 1. APPLY FOR THE RIGHT TO BE EXHIBITOR

All potential exhibitors who wish to attend the event must express this wish by completing and signing the "Contract adhesion" or the contract and submitting them to Romexpo S.A. before the deadline. By request, the exhibitors express themselves towards Romexpo S.A. serious intention to participate in the event as exhibitors. All exposed objects must be described exactly in the contract adhesion. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Eligible exhibitors and exhibits

The exhibitor submits the completed Contract membership, and Romexpo S.A. will send the location proposal together with the proforma invoice. Where Romexpo S.A. can not offer the requested space will offer alternative variants. The area allotted by mutual agreement may be different from the one requested, or the participation may be refused by the organizer.

The exhibitor accepts that these General, technical and participation conditions are mandatory immediately after the application is submitted. Romexpo S.A. sends to the exhibitor a written proposal regarding the location (stand offer). The exhibitor must accept this location proposal within the set time period. The acceptance by the exhibitor of the location proposal represents his contractual offer; the offer cannot be withdrawn by the exhibitor after it has been received by Romexpo S.A. Also, the notification of admission from Romexpo S.A. represents the acceptance of the contract.

Exhibitors who have not fulfilled their financial obligations to Romexpo S.A., for example with respect to previous events or have violated the regulations regarding the use of the Romexpo Exhibition Center and the Conditions of participation, may be rejected.

Romexpo S.A. has the right to withdraw from the contract or to terminate the contractual relationship without notice if the admission was based on the exhibitor's incorrect or incomplete statements or if, subsequently, the exhibitor no longer fulfills the conditions of admission.

Only those articles that have been declared and admitted can be exposed. No rented or concessioned items can be displayed. An exception is made in the case of objects that are not part of the product range of the respective exhibitor, but which are necessary for the presentation of the exhibitor (for example, for demonstration purposes).

No co-exhibitors are allowed and no additional organizations can be represented unless this is expressly stated in the admission notification.

Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to deviate from the type, size and location of the exhibition area desired by the exhibitor, not to admit certain exhibition objects and to impose conditions for admission. The exhibitor's reservations, conditions and special wishes (for example, regarding the location, exclusion of the project or the construction of competing stands) can only be taken into account if they are expressly confirmed in the admission notification.

III. 2. PRODUCTS EXPOSED WITHIN THE FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS

They are admitted as exhibitors producers, importers, exporters, representatives, traders presenting services and products that fall within the theme of the fair / exhibition in which it participates. The exhibits should be included in the product groups described in the exhibition / fair theme.

Products and services (copies, counterfeits, etc.) that do not comply with the regulations for the protection of industrial and intellectual property valid in Romania will not be admitted as exhibited in the Romexpo Exhibition Center.

Obtaining the authorizations provided by law for the presented products and services is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. It is allowed to sell the products / services in compliance with the legislation in force in Romania. Respecting the legislation is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

III.3. CONTRACT

The contract enters into force when Romexpo S.A. informed the exhibitor in writing that he was admitted. This usually happens when the planning of the stand placement is completed. The allocation of other stands, especially the neighboring stands, can be modified until the opening of the trade fair. Also, Romexpo S.A. has the right to move or to close the entrances and exits of the exhibition pavilions and to make other structural changes. Exhibitors cannot make claims against Romexpo S.A. because of these changes.

Also, that is, after the entry into force of the contract, Romexpo S.A. may change the distribution of space and in particular may change the location, type, size and size of the exhibition area rented by the exhibitor, insofar as this is necessary for reasons of safety, public order or to ensure more efficient use of facilities and space. necessary for the proper organization of the fair. However, these subsequent changes must fall within the reasonable limits that can be accepted by the exhibitor. If these subsequent changes lead to a lower participation fee, the difference will be returned to the exhibitor. In this regard, subsequent claims against Romexpo S.A. are excluded.

If the exhibitors cannot use the stand or are prevented from using the stand entirely because they have violated the legal or official rules or the General, technical and participation conditions, they are still obliged to pay the participation fee in full and to compensate Romexpo S.A. for all damages caused by themselves, their legal representatives or employees;

The exhibitor cannot move, exchange or divide the stand and cannot give it partially or totally to third parties because Romexpo S.A. does not admit co-exhibitors or companies represented additionally without the prior written agreement of Romexpo S.A.

III. 4. CO-EXHIBITORS AND COMPANIES REPRESENTED IN ADDITION

The co-exhibitor is the person who presents his own goods or services, with the help of his own staff, in the stand of another exhibitor (the main tenant). This definition includes the companies within the group and the subsidiaries. The agents and representatives of the companies are not admitted as co-exhibitors.

In the case of exhibitors who produce their own goods, the companies additionally represented are those companies that offer their goods or services through these exhibitors. If the exhibitor-distributor of a manufacturer exhibits both its products and the products or services of other companies, these are additionally represented companies.

The endorsement of a specific exhibitor does not imply the conclusion by Romexpo S.A. of a contract with the co-exhibitors registered by it for participation or with the companies it represents additionally.

Romexpo SA can approve the participation of Co-exhibitors, provided that the surface for an exhibitor (main exhibitor / co-exhibitor) is at least 12 square meters.

Co-exhibitors can only participate if they have received the opinion of Romexpo S.A. In this regard.

Participation as an additional represented company is permitted only if it is provided for under the special conditions of participation and if Romexpo S.A. has expressed its opinion in this regard.

Romexpo S.A. it approves the participation of the co-exhibitors and the additionally represented companies only if they would have qualified for the endorsement as self-exhibitors. Next, the co-exhibitors and the companies additionally represented must pay the corresponding participation fees provided under the special conditions of participation. The tax related to the co-exhibitors and the companies additionally represented is paid by the respective exhibitor; also Romexpo S.A. can charge this fee after the fair is over.

The exhibitor has the responsibility to ensure that both the co-exhibitors and the other companies they represent respect the conditions of participation, the technical orientations and the instructions of the management of the exhibition complex.

The exhibitor is responsible for the debts and negligence of the co-exhibitors and the companies additionally represented as if they were personally at fault. If the co-exhibitors directly use the services provided by Romexpo S.A.,

He has the right to invoice the exhibitor for the respective services. The exhibitor responds jointly and severally.

III. 5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The exhibitor can benefit from additional services, based on placing a firm order according to the forms available on the websites of the events in question. The services provided by Romexpo S.A. are:

  • Rent conference rooms

  • Suspension of the structure in pavilions B1, B2

The provision of technical delivery services (water, electricity, air conditioning, compressed air) can be ordered only to the organizer.

III. 6. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

If the location, type, dimensions or surface of the exhibition area rented by the exhibitor undergoes subsequent modifications, so that the acceptance of the space is no longer a reasonable option for the exhibitor, he has the right to terminate the lease within three days of receiving the notification shipped from Romexpo SA In this regard. In any other case, the exhibitor has no right to terminate the contract, except for the rights conferred by law in this regard.

If the exhibitor notifies that he is withdrawing from a certain event, Romexpo S.A. has the right to dispose of the rented space for other purposes, whether or not the exhibitor in question has the right to terminate the contract. Exhibitors who cancel their participation are obliged to pay to Romexpo S.A. the participation fee if the respective space remains unoccupied during the event, but also in the situation where Romexpo S.A. manages to re-lease it. Besides re-renting the space of the stand to another exhibitor, it can be used by Romexpo SA, among others and first of all, to host a third party whose stand would have been located elsewhere, thus avoiding the impression of interrupting the arrangement. stands, or it can be redesigned to mask the fact that it remained unoccupied.

Romexpo S.A. has the right to terminate the contract in case the exhibitor does not fulfill his financial obligations to Romexpo S.A. on time. Also, Romexpo S.A. has the right to terminate the contract if the exhibitor neglects his contractual obligation to respect the rights, interests and objects of legal protection of Romexpo S.A., the latter not observing the provisions of the contract in a reasonable manner. In the cases mentioned above, Romexpo S.A. has not only the right to terminate the contract, but also the right to request payment by the exhibitor of the agreed participation fee, as flat-rate compensation. These provisions do not affect the right of Romexpo S.A. to claim additional damages. The exhibitor can claim the reduction of lump sum compensation if he proves that Romexpo S.A. suffered less damage.

III. 7. PARTICIPATION AND RESTRICTION RATE

The participation fees are calculated based on the quotations specified in the contract or contract adhesion. When calculating, each square meter or square meter fraction is taken into account, the floor surface being always considered rectangular. Projections, support elements, connections to utilities and similar objects are not taken into account.

Generally, exhibitors receive the invoice corresponding to the participation fee along with the flag plan.

The participation fee, the advance corresponding to the value of the services and the approval fee of the co-exhibitors will be paid before occupying the exhibition area. If the exhibitors have ordered certain services offered by Romexpo S.A., the latter has the right to refuse the provision of the respective services, including the supply of electricity, water, compressed air, etc. until the expiration of the exhibitor's financial obligations to Romexpo S.A. The exhibitor has no right to request interest on the advance paid for the provision of the services.

This condition applies especially in the case of obligations contracted under previous events. The payment terms and conditions respect the special conditions of participation. According to the law, Romexpo S.A. reserves the right to exercise the landlord's right to seize to cover its debts arising from the lease. The exhibitors have the obligation to inform Romexpo S.A. at any time regarding the owner of the exposed or to be exhibited articles. If an exhibitor does not comply with its financial obligations, Romexpo S.A. may retain the exhibits and equipment of its booth to sell, at the exhibitor's expense, in a public auction or a private transaction. Romexpo S.A. does not assume responsibility in the event of damage to the exhibits and equipment of the stand retained on the basis of this clause, except if it is guilty of mourning or serious negligence.

III. 8. FORCE MAJOR

The force majeure, agreed to be that unforeseeable and unavoidable event, appeared after the conclusion of the contract and which prevents the party or parties from fulfilling the obligations assumed by the concluded contract, exempts from liability the party invoking it under the law. The case of force majeure will be communicated by the interested party within a maximum of 3 days from its appearance and will be confirmed by official documents authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

The supporting documents attesting the existence of the force majeure case will be presented to the other party within a maximum of 5 days from the occurrence of the events.

The cessation of the force majeure event will be communicated immediately to the interested party.

The parties undertake to perform all due diligence to limit the effects of force majeure on time.

III. 9. DISPUTES

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the contract concluded, including regarding the conclusion, execution or termination thereof, will be solved by the arbitration of the International Commercial Arbitration Court from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of The International Commercial Arbitration Court, in force, published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 613 of 19.08.2014, Part I.

The arbitral tribunal consists of a single arbitrator or 3 (three) arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Court.

The appointment of the arbitrators shall be made by the parties to the dispute, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Court.

The arbitrators appointed by the parties shall appoint the arbitrator, within the terms and conditions provided by the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Court.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the Arbitration Court shall not have the right, by organizing and administering the arbitration, to intervene in the settlement of the dispute or to influence in any way the arbitral tribunal.

Romexpo reserves the right to modify / adapt the present General, technical and participation conditions, and will inform the clients through the websites of Romexpo S.A. By participating in the events organized in the Exhibition Center ROMEXPO SA, accessing or using the services ROMEXPO SA the clients expressly accepts the General, Technical and Participation Conditions.

By acknowledging these General, technical and participation conditions, it will be considered that the participants will act accordingly and will respect those specified in the document.

Failure to comply with the conditions stipulated in the General, technical and participation conditions may lead to termination of the contract and, as the case may be, evacuation from the Exhibition Center, provided that Romexpo S.A. submits it. of a prior notification in this regard.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Romexpo reserves the right to modify / adapt the present General, technical and participation conditions, following informing the clients through the websites Romexpo S.A. By participating in the events organized by the ROMEXPO SA Exhibition Center, accessing or using the ROMEXPO SA services, the clients accept in general the Technical, Technical and Participation Conditions. they will comply with the ones specified indefinitely. Failure to comply with the conditions provided for in the General, technical and participation conditions may lead to termination of the contract, as the case may be, the evacuation from the Exhibition Center, the condition of the transmission by Romexpo SA of a preliminary notification in this regard.
